- Use of the Site
You must the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site or purchase Products. You agree to provide accurate information during registration or checkout. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. - Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and duties unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout via accepted methods. Title to Products passes upon full payment and shipment. - Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. - Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged Products in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Refunds (excluding original shipping) processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. No refunds for custom-uploaded content holograms or opened/used items unless defective. Cancellations before shipment may be accepted at our discretion, subject to fees. - Limited Warranty
We provide a limited 12-month warranty on Products against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. We will repair, replace, or refund (at our option) defective Products upon proof of purchase and return. This warranty does not cover misuse, accident, unauthorized repair, normal wear, or damage from improper installation/use. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Some jurisdictions do not allow warranty limitations, so this may not apply to you. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, or business interruption) arising from or related to the Site, Products, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. - Intellectual Property
The Site, logos, app software (if applicable), and content are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Custom holograms you upload remain your property, but you grant us a license to display/process them for your order. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Products, or infringement of third-party rights. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware. You waive any right to class action or jury trial where permitted. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
